The Podcast Series is published twice a year on the latest & greatest ones I'm letting into my earbuds at the time

If you aren't familiar with it I do a podcast round up twice a year, bringing the best podcasts on scene right now. Podcasts are like fuel for the mind; it doesn't take time away from you, you can multitask be it working out at the gym or on commute while listening to it and they're filled with such valuable content which would probably take you a much longer time to consume in any other medium.

There are tons of awesome content out there so check it out for yourself but here are my top five favourites that I'm listening to right now in no specific order.

1. School of Greatness by Lewis Howes

This is an oldie (in Internet years, of course)  but Louise has continued to take it to great heights over the past two years.

 Who is it for?

Entrepreneur, lifestyle fanatic and serious business peeps, Lewis manages to cover everything from productivity to taking action both in your life & business.

What will you get out of it?

There's a good mix between interviews and brilliant solo sessions of Lewis sharing his experiences & practices on making things happen.

2. Foundr by Nathan Chan

One of the most recent podcasts that I was a bit skeptical at first to listen to simply because I wasn't even sure what I would get out of it but it's a must for those who are on the fence about venturing out and working on your passion. For those of you who might not know, Foundr is a digital magazine on entrepreneurship that's taken the startup world in a storm.

Who is it for?

Entrepreneurs/Wantrepreneurs/Intrapreneurs it's for anyone who's ready or unsure about taking the chance on themselves, this will push you to confront your fears and move past them.

What will you get out of it?

Most of them are interviews with some of the biggest names; Seth Godin, Mari Smith, Tim Ferris, Amanda Palmer anyone you can think of they've been there and the ones who haven't yet you can be pretty sure Nathan is working on getting them there very soon. But what I really like about this is that Nathan brings on his own crew on the challenges & rewards you get from creating a digital magazine and starting from scratch which makes it all the more real.

3. Your Life on Purpose

I've known Mark for a while now and he's been on my list before with his other podcast The Traveling Cup however I very much want to give him props for creating yet another amazing podcast, this time for the youth!

Who is it for?

With several years in education teaching at NYU, you'll definitely want to listen to this if you're an educator, recent graduate or even if you're about to graduate and are wondering what's the next best step for you.

What will you get out of it?

Mark's an inspiring new-age educator himself so besides his insights every episode is filled with actionable ways for you to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. From equally inspiring people such as Tim McDonald and Jason Zook you're bound to find valuable nuggets to take away whether or not you're a recent graduate or well away in your career.

4. The #AskGaryVee Show

Everyone knows Gary Vaynerchuck and his entry into podcasts comse in different forms; you can get the show from his YouTube channel, on iTunes/Stitcher or even Spotify very very soon.

Who is it for?

I'm gonna say it, it's not for everybody. If you're the kind who's going to complain about the brash language or like to get everything sugar coated then you might as well give this a miss. But if you're the one who likes to get down & get your hands dirty to accomplish your goals THIS is a must!

What will you get?

This show really is about you! Vaynernation gets to ask questions on Instagram or Twitter and Gary gives his honest opinion on social media, business, lifestyle, entrepreneurship and the whole lot!

5. Unmistakable Creative by Srini Rao

I have to be honest, this is one kind of podcast that I haven't found anywhere else. I'm undecided if it's because of the kind of guests Srini brings on or if it's the pure & unstructured way the interviews flow that make them more relatable but you have to listen to it to make up your mind.

Who is it for?

The curious guest list does it make it harder to pin down, but it's for everyone with a curious mind on a creative path. There's always something you can takeaway from every episode that's for sure.

What will you get?

Interviews from people you might have heard of and others you might have not but tons of social media goodness coupled with years of experience in business, life & most of all in creating exceptional work.

Those are my favourites right now. Do you listen to podcasts? Share some of yours in the comments below!
